founder of Beautiful Wild Woman and the creator of Nourish & Thrive.

Like many women, I spent years trapped in the health trends and diets cycle— a bonafide orthorexic mess, punishing myself after “cheat days,” and feeling like my body was my enemy. Through clinical nutrition research, studies of Chinese medicine, and a deep dive into self-love, I discovered a new way of living… one that allowed me to enjoy food (yes, even chocolate!), maintain consistent energy, and finally embrace the skin I’m in.

I poured my heart and soul into Nourish & Thrive because I believe every woman deserves to feel radiant, free, and at peace with her body—and I can’t wait to share these life-changing tools with you!

WHY I CREATED NOURISH & THRIVE 

I'M THAT GIRL THAT SPENT $450K AND 17 YEARS EXPLORING ANCIENT & MODERN FORMS OF HEALING

In 2011, I lost my mom to Acute Polydrug Intoxication—her body simply couldn’t handle any more pharmaceuticals. She had lived under the intense pressures of Hollywood, where her weight fluctuated dramatically, and her diet was stripped of essential nutrients. Over time, her bones became so brittle that a simple sneeze once fractured two vertebrae. That’s how devastatingly fragile her body became.

It wasn’t long after her passing that God placed a very clear mission on my heart: to right the wrongs I had witnessed. Modern medicine failed my mother, and when I told doctors I wanted to study natural approaches to health, I was mocked. But I couldn’t ignore the calling I felt to seek out a better way—one that looks at the body, mind, and spirit as a whole.

Now, after over a decade of serving communities as a holistic healer and coach, I’ve distilled everything I’ve learned—the same knowledge and techniques I wish my mom could have had access to—into one powerful resource: Nourish & Thrive.

 

My hope is simple:


That no other woman—and no other daughter—ever has to experience the pain I went through. If my mom had been able to nourish her body, protect her bones, and truly honor herself (instead of relying on pills and restrictive diets), I genuinely believe she might still be here today.
